How Coaching Works

How Do Coaching Sessions Work?

How Does Group Coaching Work?

I tailor my approach to your individual needs and goals. Sessions are based on a continual process of assessment, goal setting, action steps and re-assessment. You can choose to work individually or as part of a group.

Individual coaching may take place in the comfort of your home, your office or anyr quiet place or by phone. Individual sessions are most optimal when they are held two times a month. I’ve found that these frequencies allow us to properly track and support the realization of your plans.

Group coaching is done by telephone or in person. Meeting times and frequency are determined by the needs of the group. Each group consists of people of all ages but with similar goals. The commitment is open-ended in the same manner as individual coaching. Some advantages of group coaching are the creation of a support system, deeper self-awareness, a safe environment for experimentation, multiple perspectives and active learning.  The group process focuses on the dynamics of achieving significant goals and corporate accountability.

How Long Is the Process?

The Coaching process deals with an intentional change of one's personal outlook and performance. The Coaching Time-Line depends on the growth, maturity and urgency of the client.
